We talk a lot about organization. About sticking to the plan. About showing up, checking boxes, and staying on track.
But here’s the question I’ve been asking myself lately:
Does my schedule fit me in it?
Because it’s easy to build a calendar that serves everyone else. The kids, the job, the partner, the errands. But where’s the time to decompress? To breathe? To stretch into stillness?
Organization isn’t just about productivity—it’s about preservation. It’s about creating space for the version of you that needs quiet, care, and recalibration.
So I’ve started asking myself:
- Is this schedule sustainable?
- Does it include time to feel?
- Am I honoring my energy—not just my obligations?
Sometimes, the most organized thing you can do is cancel something. Or move it. Or say, “I need 30 minutes to just exist.”
Your schedule should reflect your values, not just your responsibilities. It should hold space for your decompression, your rituals, your breath.
Because you’re not a machine. You’re a woman threading strength into every part of her life—and that includes rest.
Here’s a few journal ideas that asks you some important questions.
🧭 Schedule Check-In
Before you plan your week, ask yourself:
- What parts of my schedule feel aligned with my energy?
- Where am I overcommitted—and why?
- Have I built in time to decompress, reflect, or just be?
- What’s one thing I can move, soften, or release this week?
